The clear, elastomeric sealer penetrates the substrate and acts like a glue to lock down residual dirt, dust and other contaminants, as well as edges of areas where loose paint has been removed.   With outstanding elongation characteristics of 700%, MARATHON CWS Sealer also has the ability to bridge existing and future hairline cracking in the substrate.

The high tensile strength, 100% acrylic resins incorporated in MARATHON CWS Topcoat provide excellent durability and weathering resistance.  The hollow ceramic microspheres effectively reflect heat to help reduce interior building temperatures, subsequently reducing energy consumption and lowering cooling costs.  When used in conjunction with MARATHON CWS Sealer, the exceptional adhesion of the system, along with minimized thermal movement, virtually eliminates cracking, peeling and blistering.
